Security

Word Entertainment is very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information. We also use encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.


How to Shop

1. When you find an item you want to buy, just click on the Add to Cart button. It will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.

2. At any time, you can empty your shopping cart or take an item out. To remove an item, simply click on the 'remove' button. Click the 'update' button to remove the item from your cart.

3. At any time you can change the quantity or configuration you are ordering, by selecting the new information and click 'update'.

4. When you’re done shopping and have everything you want, click on the 'update' button or simply click on the 'checkout' button to update your order and proceed through the check out process.

Word Entertainment accepts the following: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club.

All prices listed on this site are in U.S. Dollars.

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as "Word Entertainment LLC".

Expedited delivery is only available within the United States and US Territories. Expedited shipping is 2 business days from the day your order arrives at the warehouse and normally, 3 business days after you placed your order. Expedited delivery is not available to Canada or US Military addresses.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

You may combine as many product lines as you like within an order. Our various product lines do not always ship from the same warehouse. Therefore you may receive several shipments for a single order.


Sales Tax

With respect to orders being shipped to a Tennessee address, we are required to collect sales tax at the rates in effect at the time of shipping your order. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the check out process. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact our customer service department at 888-483-0023.


Order Confirmation Number

Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.


Processing an Order

Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 5-7 days, unless you have selected RUSH delivery. We will notify you if any item can not be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. On credit card orders, an item will not be charged to your account until shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.


How to Change Your Order

Word Entertainment processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to Word Entertainment LLC customerservice@wordmusic.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.


Order Status

If you have set up a My-Express-Checkout account, you can check your order status by logging in at http://account.my-express-checkout.com. You can also send us an email at customerservice@wordmusic.com or call us at 888-483-0023 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, Central Time (except holidays).


Promotional Mailings

Word Entertainment LLC will notify you of any upcoming promotional opportunities and new product releases which interest you. If you don't want to receive these special mailings, please make sure to uncheck the box that reads: "Check this box if you do want to receive special promotional mailings", which is located at the bottom of the page where you fill in your shipping and billing address. If for some reason you forget to do this, you can easily remove yourself from this mailing list by sending an e-mail to questions@wordmusic.com.


Return/Exchange Instructions

United States

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 60 days for full credit. Simply call our Customer Service Department toll free at 888-483-0023 to obtain instructions and return authorization.

Remember, you must call within 60 days of the date your order was originally shipped to qualify your return and secure return authorization. Failure to do so may jeopardize proper credit to your account.

The following items are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are defective, over-shipped or mis-shipped due to Word’s error:

  • Preview products, promotional copies and specially-priced review copies (including choral preview paks, choral clubs and review copies of hymnals)

  • Imprinted hymnals

  • Orchestrations

  • Out-of-print products

Canada

All sales are final – no returns allowed. Product returned will be refused and will receive no credit. If there is an error on your order, please call 888-483-0023.
